Section 40(2) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(2)They shall receive salaries and allowances and be subject to the same conditions of service to which they were entitled or subject to immediately before the commencement of this Act until any other provisions are made in accordance with this Act:Provided that conditions of service applicable immediately before the appointed day to any officer or employee shall not be varied to his disadvantage except with the previous approval of the State Government.
