Section 23(1) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(1)The Executive Committee may subject to the regulations, if any, framed in this behalf, appoint such number of Inspectors as it deems necessary to inspect any institution where education or training in occupational therapy or physiotherapy is imparted, and attend any examinations held for the purpose of granting any recoginsed qualification or recognised higher qualification.
