Section 21(1)(b) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Solar Energy Sources) Regulations, 2010

(b)In the second year, the share of the beneficiaries shaH be 10 Percent which shall be progressively increased by 10 Percent every year till it reaches 50 Percent, where after the proceeds shall be shared in equal proportion, by the generating company and the beneficiaries.
