Section 22A(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961
(1)With effect from such date as the Government may by notification appoint in this behalf, there shall be established for the State of Rajasthan a Board to be called the Rajasthan State Agricultural Marketing Board.
