(3)Minority Quota Seats. - The Candidates having Candidature mentioned in rule 5(3) of these rules shall be eligible for these seats as specified in Schedule-I and Schedule-II. These seats shall be filled in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 6, of the Act.
