Section 13(2) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(2)All rights accruing to and property inherited by or vesting in any ward after the publication of a notification under section 9, and while the property of such ward is under the superintendence of the Court of Wards, shall vest in the Court of Wards :Provided that the Court of Wards may, in its discretion assume, or refrain from assuming, the superintendence of any property which any ward may acquire, otherwise than by inheritance, subsequent to the date of the notification published under section 9.
