Section 102E in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976
102E. Validation.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, no action of the Board shall be invalid or otherwise in question merely on the ground of the existence of any vacancy in the office of the members of the Board.
