Section 6E(ii) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Protection Rules, 1955
(ii)Any representation made by the landlord or the cultivating tenant shall be in writing and shall be filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, on or before the date of the enquiry.
