11. Officers and staff of the Board.
(1)Subject to such regulation as may be specified, the Board may appoint such officers and staff as are necessary for its purpose.(2)The emoluments, allowances and other conditions of the service of the officers and staff referred to in sub-section (1), shall be such as may be specified by the Board under regulations.
