106. Admissibility.
- When Upper yardmen of the various branches are messed in a wardroom mess, the mess shall he reimbursed by the Government at a flat rate of Rs. 3.50 p per head per diem; but normal rations shall not he admissible to them for the periods during which this allowance maybe claimed by the mess.Mess-In-Aid to Midshipmen Under Training in Indian Naval Ships
