Section 26(1) in The Bhopal And Vindhya Pradesh (Courts), Act, 1950
(1)The [ Subs. by the Adaptation of Laws (No. 2) Order, 1956 for" Chief Commissioner"] State Government] may by order fix the place of places at which any Court constituted under this Chapter is to be held.
