Section 6(1) in The Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947
(1)On notification of a standard area under sub-section (3) of section 5 for a local area all fragments in the local area shall be entered as such in the Record of Rights or where there is no Record of Rights in such village record as the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may prescribe.
