Section 115(2) in Hyderabad Metropolitain Water Supply Sewerage Act, 1989
(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or employee of the Board for any act done or purporting to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation made there under without the previous sanction of the Board.
