Section 13(1) in The Hidayatullah National University of Law, Chhattisgarh Adhiniyam, 2003
(1)The Academic Council shall be the highest academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations, have power of control and general regulation of, and be responsible for the maintenance of standards of instruction, education and examination of the University.
