Section 15(1)(ii) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006

(ii)no institute of higher education, general or vocational, within radius of 20 km. of the proposed location. However, an application tor obtaining the rebate mentioned herewith shall have to be made by the respective management committee.
