ORAL JUDGMENT
Date: 03-07-2015 Annexure- 1 cannot be the basis for issuance of direction upon the respondent State authorities to fill up posts and ensure that persons like the petitioners can acquire a permanent status under the State. These are matters of policy coupled with various financial implications. Such issue would not come within the ambit of judicial review.
Writ is dismissed.
