Section 5(xiv) in Punjab Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 2004
(xiv)It shall supply paper slips duly signed by him, bearing his code number and serial number to the Food Inspectors having jurisdiction in his Local Area and it shall also supply such paper slips to the purchaser or a recognised consumer association if they intend to get the article of food analysed under the provisions of section 12.
