Section 23(4) in Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
(4)Proceedings taken cognizance of by, or transferred to a [[Senior Civil Judge] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1994 w.e.f. 29.1.1994]] as the case may be, under this section shall be disposed of by him subject to the rules applicable to like proceedings when disposed of by the District Judge.
