(3)Accounts and Audit: (a) The District and State Authority shall maintain monthly accounts of receipts and expenditure.(b)The Mandal and District Authority shall furnish an abstract of monthly receipts and expenditure to the State Authority in Form 12 appended to these rules.(c)The State Authority shall furnish to the Government a consolidated statement of receipts and expenditure once for every year in Form 12.
