Section 2(2) in Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018
(2)Words and expressions used and not defined herein but defined in the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963) or Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975) or the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) and not inconsistent with this Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act.
