(3)This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by [notification] [This Act was brought into force on the 12th April, 2005 vide Government Notification, Education Department No. GH/SH/4/GSU/2997/ 1607/Pt-III/KH-l dated the 11th April, 2005.] in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions and any reference in any such provision to the date of the commencement of this Act shall be construed as the reference to the date of coming into force of that provision.
