(1)The Administrator may, by notification, appoint a Director of Chits and as many Inspecting Officers and Registrars as may be necessary for the purpose of discharging the duties imposed upon the Director of Chits, the Inspecting Officers and the Registrars by or under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
