Section 512(4) in The Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957
(4)In case of any dispute in relation to any of the matters referred to in the various clauses of sub-section (2) other than clauses (b), (d) and (i), the dispute may be referred to the Central [Government] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(b), "Central Government" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] by [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(a), "for the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] or the New Delhi Municipal Committee and the decision of that Government shall be final.
