Section 8(1) in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Rules, 1959
(1)In case where the Collector acts on the application presented under Clause (a) of Sub-section (2), the notice referred to in Clause (b) shall be in Form '8' of the Appendix and shall be accompanied by a copy of the application and in cases where the Collector acts on his own motion under the clause of the said subsection the notice referred to in Clause (b) shall be in Form 'C' of the Appendix.
