1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the defendant under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") seeking rejection of the plaint and dismissal of the suit.
2. Issue notice to the plaintiff. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff.
3. Let reply be filed within a period of four weeks, from today.
4. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
