(2)Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be preferred within a period of sixty days from the date on which a copy of the direction, order or decision made by the Competent Authority or by the Housing Regulatory Authority is received by the aggrieved person and it shall be in such form, and accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed:Provided that, the Housing Appellate Tribunal may entertain any appeal after the expiry of sixty days, if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within that period.
