We see no reason to interfere with the order impugned in this special leave petition which is hereby dismissed.

We however make it clear that this order or the order passed by the High Court shall not prevent the petitioner from raising all such contentions as may be open to him on facts and in law at the stage of framing of charges by the trial court.
