Section 57(6)(a) in The North Bengal University Act, 1981

(a)The North Bengal University (Temporary Supersession) Act, 1978 (hereinafter referred to in this sub-section as the said Act) shall stand repealed with effect from the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette.
