Section 7(ii) in The Sugarcane Control Order, 1966
(ii)the permit holder shall not crush sugarcane or purchase sugarcane or juice in excess of the quantity specified by the Central Government in the permit and shall work the power crusher, khandsari unit or the crusher, as the case may be, only during such period or such hours as may be so specified;
