Section 47(2) in Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University Act, 2015
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the lime being in force, the University shall have power to grant degrees, diplomas, honorary degrees and other academic distinctions in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
