Section 7(1) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(1)The part of the State comprising the districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad (including Twin Cities) Ranga Reddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as the Local Area for the purpose of admission to Osmania University, Kakatiya University and Telangana University and to any other Educational Institutions (other than a State-wise University or Statewide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.
