51. Secretariat of the Legislative Assembly.
(1)The Legislative Assembly shall have a separate secretariat staff.(2)The Legislative Assembly may by law regulate the recruitment, and the conditions of service of persons appointed, to the secretarial staff of the Legislative Assembly.(3)Until provision is made by the Legislative Assembly under sub-section (2), the Lieutenant Governor may, after consultation with the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly make rules regulating the recruitment, and the conditions of service of persons appointed, to the secretarial staff of the Assembly and any rules so made shall have effect subject to the provisions of any law made under the said sub-section.
