Section 61(5) in The Gujarat Housing Board Act, 1961
(5)Such account shall be operated by such officers as may be authorised by the Board.Explanation. - For the purposes of this section, the Reserve Bank of India shall mean the Reserve Bank of India constituted under the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (II of 19364), and a scheduled bank shall mean a bank included in the Second Schedule to the said Act.
