Heard.
Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in Petition No.2047 of 2015 titled as “Amit Jagpal v. Geetu Jagpal” on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. If the parties seek mediation the transferee court may explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through mediation. Records shall be sent by court where proceedings are pending to the transferee court forthwith.
The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Parties to appear before the transferee court on Monday, the 20th March, 2017.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed with the above direction.
