Section 28A(1) in The U.P. Dookan Aur Vanijya Adhisthan Adhiniyam, 1962
(1)Every employer shall make effective arrangements to provide and maintain at suitable points convenient for all persons employed in the shop or commercial establishment, sufficient supply of wholesome drinking water.
