(2)When a complainant, in case of undue relay in the process of departmental enquiry in the matter of his complaint on being dissatisfied by the result of the enquiry as a result of violation of principles of natural justice in conducting disciplinary enquiry, brings the matter in the knowledge of the Authority, it may call for the report from the District Superintendent of Police in relation to the complaint of the "misbehaviour" against any officer below the rank of Assistant/Deputy Superintendent of Police and may give proper advice for further action or if necessary, may give instruction to the Superintendent of Police to get enquiry conducted by any other officer.Provided that provisions included in the above sub-section (1) and (2) shall not be deemed to dilute disciplinary, supervisory or administrative control of the District Superintendent of Police.
