Section 6 in Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975
6. Returning Officer to decide questions relating of right to persons to stand for or to vote at election.
- If any question arises as to whether a person is or is not entitled to vote in the election or to stand for the election the question shall be referred to the Returning Officer who shall decided the same.
