Section 16(2)(i) in Dangerous Goods (Arrival, Receipt, Transport, Handling and Storage), in Jawaharlal Nehru Port Regulations, 2007

(i)ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment is used by those engaged in handling of these dangerous goods and also ensure that the cargo gear handling equipment and the accessories used conform to the safety requirement for safe handling of such goods.
