Section 188(1) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(1)A Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society shall decide its loan policy subject to the directions issued by the Registrar:Provided that such direction shall be issued by the Registrar according to the guidelines of National Bank/Reserve Bank, if any.
