Section 3(2) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(2)The State Government [***] [The words 'or the Commissioner in his division' deleted by Gujarat No. 15 of 1964, dated 2nd May, 1964.] may by a similar notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a person to be an Inspector for all or any of the purposes of this Act and specify the area within which he shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of an Inspector under this Act.
