Section 42(1) in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002
(1)All post-graduate instruction, teaching, research and training shall be conducted by the University or by such affiliated colleges or institutions and in such subjects as may be prescribed by the Statute.
