- The Head Copyist shall, under the supervision of the Munsarim, keep a register of applications for copies in Form No. 31. The serial number marked on each application shall be entered in the register.In such register the entries relating to the urgent applications shall be made in red-ink, and all other entries shall be made in black-ink.On the last working day of each week the record-keeper, and any other official from whose custody any record or paper has been supplied, shall verify by his signature the accuracy of the entries in columns 7 and 8 of this register (Form No. 31).
