Section 36(1) in Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950
(1)The State Government, with a view to satisfy itself that the powers and duties of a Corporation established by that Government are being exercised and performed properly, may, at any time, appoint any person or persons to make Enquiries into all or any of the activities of the Corporation and to report to the State Government the result of such Enquiries.
