Section 39(5)(a) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Worker (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules, 1982

(a)Any employer closing an industrial premises shall, within fifteen days of his doing so, send notice to fie registering authority in writing of such closure.
