Section 14(ii) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(ii)A temporary employee, including an employee on probation shall not leave or discontinue his service under the Board without giving one month's prior notice in writing to the appointing authority.
