Section 50(3)(b) in Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961

(b)The authorised officer shall cause to be served on the persons whose names appear in the draft aforesaid a copy of the draft together with a copy of the said statement and of the said notice.
