10. Filling up of vacancies among directors.
(1)Casual vacancies occurring in the body of directors, whether caused by death, resignation or otherwise, shall be filled by nomination by the Central Government.(2)No act of the directors shall be called in question on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy among the directors or any defect in the appointment of any of them.
