Section 36 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
36. Decision on question as to validity of membership, act or proceeding -
Where any question arises whether a person has been duly nominated or appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of an Authority other than the Board or whether any actor proceeding of an Authority including the Board is consistent with this Act and the Statutes, it shall be referred to the Chancellor, whose decision thereon shall befinal.
