Section 20(3) in The Mineral Conservation And Development Rules, 1988
(3)In a mine having a beneficiation plant, feed products and tailings shall be regularly sampled and analysed at suitable intervals and records of the same maintained in bound paged book:Provided that the Controller General or the authorised officer may require the sampling and analysis to be done at any other interval than in practice.
