(oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that since the vires of Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 has been upheld by this Court in CWP No.11269 of 1991 titled as 'Balwant Singh vs. State of Punjab and others', decided on May 08, 1992, therefore, he does not wish to press the present writ petition and the same may be disposed of as not pressed.
